With our staff of highly knowledgeable technicians, we always ensure that every unit is pre-tripped and performance tested prior to delivery to ensure optimal operation for your container. Upon delivery, a technician will hook up your container and go over the basic operation of the unit. In the event of an emergency, we have technicians on-call 24 hours a day. At Ar’tic Containers, we take great pride in our outstanding customer service and immediate call to action in emergency situations. We ensure the safety of your product by keeping your container at the desired temperature.
If you are planning on purchasing a unit we also offer limited time service contracts to cover your unit for the future. We highly suggest purchasing a service contract with your container to keep your container running at it’s best. Service contracts not only cover preventive maintenance but everything your container needs to stay at the top of its game and running smoothly. Contracts can be purchased as a single evaluation or as a warranty covering the unit from 3 months to 2 years. Please contact us for more detailed information on a service agreement.
Ships personnel can gain access to stored containers and their contents by requesting access at our website or office # of 619-659-9866 or 1-800-942-7842. The required information will be requested, the container ID number, (ie. #AC52201) & date of visit to ensure requested containers will be un-stacked from storage & available ships personnel to gain access into container. After, Navy personnel has completed business of said containers, all containers will be restacked into designated container storage area by the close of the business day.
Ar’tic Containers provides Storage of loaded Containers for ship overhauls, inspections or ships discretion. At our Secure location: 9955 Via de La Amistad, San Diego 92154. Full containers can be transported into Ar’tic Containers facility by Ar’tic Containers trucks and off-loaded by 30,000 lb. forklifts and stacked with doors no more than 8” to 12” from another container.
Ar’tic Containers has on site, (1) 30,000 lb. forklift and (1) 6,000 lb. forklift to assist in the loading/unloading of full containers. The Forklift will be on Ar’tic Containers property 24/7 to ensure access of all containers. As well as (1) 6,000 lb. forklift will be available at Ar’tic Containers facility 24/7 to assist the Navy personnel with ease of loading/unloading cargo.
Ar’tic Containers can supply all transportation of storage 20’ containers needed for ships work, including delivery to ship, pick-up loaded containers from ship, transport to Ar’tic Containers facility for storage, transport back to ship for unloading & transport empty container back to Ar’tic Containers facility.
Transportation is done in house by our efficient and professional drivers. We have a wide variety of top of the line equipment that ensures we get the job done in a safe and timely manner. We can transport loaded containers with a gross weight of 25,000 lbs. each (loaded containers must be loaded with a crane or forklift.)
