Free 24-hour Emergency Service
With our highly knowledgeable staff of technicians, we always ensure that every unit is pre-tripped and performance tested prior to delivery to ensure optimal operation of every machine. Upon delivery, a technician will hook up your container and go over the basic operation of the refrigeration unit. In the event of an emergency, we have technicians on-call 24 hours a day. At Ar’tic Containers, we have taken great steps such as these to make certain that your product stays at temperature.

Service contract (not for rentals)
If you are planning on purchasing a unit we also offer limited time service contracts to cover your unit for the future. We highly suggest purchasing a service contract with your container to keep your container running at it finest. Service contracts not only covers preventive maintenance but everything from Freon levels to amp readings.
-contracts can be purchased as a single evaluation or as a warranty covering the unit from 3 months to 2 years.
